We moved to Pearl River County in August of 2006, with a six month-old baby, two dogs and a cat in tow. We were determined to purchase our first home, and I called a real estate agent randomly (I found her on the internet!) to help us figure out what to do. I count the day I stumbled across Michelle as a truly fantastic day for our family. I looked at more houses than you can imagine, trying to find the one. A little over a month later, we found our house, and Michelle held our hands through the entire purchasing process, which was a tremendous help! When we found we were moving away from the area, we never looked at another agent. As a matter of fact, our relocation company sent another agent to us, and we let them know that we would only work with Michelle on the selling end! The amount of time, energy and thought she puts into her advertising is incredible. I know that no other agent in the region has anywhere near the advertising outlets that Michelle utilizes for her clients. She uses the Internet, flyers, magazines, newspapers - everything you can imagine. Our house was everywhere! She kept us on top of the entire process, kept us aware of our options, and happily discussed anything and everything that concerned us. Not only would I recommend Michelle Fradella for anyone looking to buy or sell a home, but I would go so far as to say she is the only agent in the region that I would absolutely trust to give 100% of herself to the entire process!
